A few years ago, a group of New York-area artists created a tattoo of a large stone crab claw with the words “I can, I will” in large white letters across the bottom.
The claw is inscribed with the word “Sharon,” a nickname given to the actress who played the character on the hit TV series “Downton Abbey” from 1966 to 1975.
The inscription reads, “To all my friends who love me, I am so happy.
To my friends that love me more than I love myself.
It’s been a big challenge for me to try to express myself in my own way,” Stone said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly.
“To be honest, it’s kind of a big deal to be able to have a tattoo.
I don’t know what the word is.
It’s kind a scary word.”
Sharon Stone’s tattoos are inked onto a large, white stone crab.
Stone’s career has been largely one of a constant transformation, moving from acting to singing, dancing and acting in Hollywood.
The 38-year-old singer-songwriter and actress, who is married to rocker Russell Crowe, has had her tattoos permanently tattooed onto her body over the past few years, but said the most challenging part of her transformation has been the fact that there have been no other tattoos on her body.
“I had this huge, big tattoo of ‘DowntON Abbey’ in the back of my neck for years and years and now I’ve got to wear a wig, I have to wear glasses, I’ve had to learn how to wear makeup and I can’t wear makeup, ” Stone said.
“So I’m like, OK, I can do this!
I’m going to get a tattoo!””
The problem with tattoos is that there’s so much that goes into making them,” she continued.
“It’s not about what they are; it’s about what the person who created them is feeling.
It becomes very complicated.”
Stone’s tattoo of the crab claw is on her right hip.
Stone said that when she first started her career, she was more focused on her acting career, but over the years, her body has taken on a different life of its own.
“My body has become more of an emotional part of my life,” she said.
“It has changed a lot.
My face has changed.
My ears have changed.
I’ve started doing my own hair.
I do my own makeup and everything.
It is really just so different now.”
Stone is not alone in her transformation.
More than 100 artists have recently come forward with tattoos of their own.
According to the Associated Press, there have already been more than 1,500 people who have been “inked” on their bodies.
Some artists have gone as far as to get tattoos of a snake.
The tattoo artist and celebrity-turned-tattoo artist, Kim Kardashian West, posted a picture of her “I Can’t Believe I’ve Never Had A Tattoo” tattoo on her left wrist, captioning it, “My life is mine.
I can choose not to be.
My tattoos are mine.”
Stone is one of those artists.
